How fast does Aurion respond?
Within 24 hours for all inquiries, weekends included. For guests on active journeys, hotline replies within 15 minutes.
Can I book an in-person meeting?
Yes — our head office in Hanoi (Westa Building, 102 Tran Phu, Ha Dong District) welcomes scheduled visits. For HCMC, Da Nang or anywhere else in Vietnam, we coordinate video calls or arrange on-the-ground partner meetings as needed.
Is the 1:1 consultation paid?
Completely complimentary. We believe in open conversation first — no commitment until you're ready.
Do you serve international guests?
Yes. Aurion serves international visitors (US, EU, Japan, Korea, India, etc.) and Vietnamese domestic clients. Our advisors are fluent in English; local guides also speak French, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese.
