• Identification documents (passport, ID) when required for visa, flight, or hotel processing — used only for the purpose disclosed.

• IP address, device type, browser, operating system, access time.
• Aggregated behavior data (pages viewed, time on page) via cookies and analytics tools.

• Respond to inquiries, design itineraries, deliver booked services.

6. Data Retention

• Inquiry contact data: 24 months from last interaction.
• Booking and payment records: 10 years per Vietnamese accounting law.
• Identification data (passport, ID): deleted within 90 days after trip completion, unless legally required to retain longer.
