Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between AURION ELITE TRAVEL CO., LTD (hereafter "Aurion") and you (hereafter "Client") when using travel, itinerary advisory, B2B tour, and related services provided by Aurion at travel.aurion.vn or through other channels.
By submitting an inquiry, signing a service contract, or paying a deposit, the Client is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
2. Services Offered
- Personalized journey design: leisure tours in Vietnam tailored to client needs.
- Curated journey collection: pre-built tours with sample itineraries.
- B2B Vietnam – China tours: business journeys combining market study and supplier connections.
- Native privileges: visa support, hotel bookings, fine-dining, private guides, transportation.
- 24/7 concierge: support throughout the trip and 30 days post-trip.
3. Booking Process
- Client submits an inquiry via website, email, or hotline.
- Aurion responds within 24 hours with a preliminary proposal.
- After agreement, Aurion sends a formal quotation and service contract.
- Client pays a deposit per contract terms.
- Aurion confirms the booking and begins service execution.
- Client pays the remaining balance per the agreed schedule.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Currency and methods
Prices are quoted in VND (or USD for B2B tours) and include the items explicitly listed in the contract. Aurion accepts bank transfers and secure designated payment gateways.
4.2 Default payment schedule
- 30% deposit to confirm the booking.
- 40% due 30 days before departure.
- 30% due 7 days before departure.
For last-minute bookings (under 30 days before departure), Aurion may require 100% payment upon booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation fees apply based on days remaining before departure:

Note: Flight tickets, visa fees, and certain non-refundable partner services may follow supplier-specific policies. Aurion will clarify these in the specific contract.
6. Aurion's Responsibilities
- Deliver services as agreed in the contract.
- Ensure partner quality (hotels, transport, guides).
- Provide comprehensive travel insurance for international journeys.
- Provide 24/7 support throughout the service period.
- Protect personal data per the Privacy Policy.
7. Client's Responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete, and timely information (passports, visas, health).
- Comply with local laws and partner rules (hotels, airlines).
- Pay in full and on time per the contract.
- Be responsible for personal belongings during the trip.
- Promptly notify Aurion of any changes or incidents.
8. Force Majeure
In events of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war, government actions), Aurion will coordinate with the Client to reschedule, or refund costs not yet committed to suppliers. Aurion is not liable for damages beyond this scope.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The Client may submit written complaints within 14 days after trip completion. Aurion commits to acknowledging within 7 business days and resolving within 30 days.
Parties prioritize negotiation. Failing that, disputes will be referred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) or a competent court in Ho Chi Minh City under Vietnamese law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (logo, images, text, sample itineraries) is owned by Aurion or its licensors. No copying or commercial reuse without prior written consent.
11. Effectiveness and Amendments
These Terms take effect from 20 May 2026. Aurion may revise as needed; the latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
